Andrea Garza, Vice President, joined JDG Associates, Inc. in 2001. Ms. Garza is responsible for business development and overall management of EEO contract performance for federal sector clients. Ms. Garza maintains JDG’s GSA Schedule. She leads JDG in responding to federal procurement opportunities for which our EEO consultancy can provide best value. As a result, JDG has received several multi-year multi-million dollar contracts.
In addition to serving as the primary point of contact for contracting officers and procurement personnel, Ms. Garza works closely with members of the JDG team – staff and contractors alike – to ensure quality and timeliness of work products. Ms. Garza applies her EEO Counselor and FAD writer skills to JDG’s quality control process by conducting analytical reviews of on-going projects. Her leadership and organizational skills facilitate the firm’s successful EEO project management. Ms. Garza received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Texas A&M University and two Master’s Degrees from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas – Political Science and International Relations.
